Every family and every birth is different. My role as a birth doula isn’t to tell you what to choose, but to walk alongside you as you navigate pregnancy and birth. I offer steady support, thoughtful guidance, and space to make decisions that feel informed and aligned with you.

Support begins with a complimentary connection call so we can get to know each other and make sure working together feels like a good fit.

Throughout pregnancy, I offer support that may include:

• Prenatal visits centered on your values, questions, and hopes for birth

• Ongoing support via text as questions or emotions come up

• Guidance as you explore birth preferences and options

• Thoughtful community resource recommendations

• Access to a growing lending library to support your learning

As you approach your due date, I am on call beginning two weeks before, offering continuous, in-person support throughout labor and birth. During this time, I provide:

• Physical comfort measures and grounding techniques

• Emotional reassurance and a calm, steady presence

• Support navigating informed consent and decision-making

• Encouragement and guidance for partners

• Continued support in the early hours after birth

After your baby arrives, support doesn’t end. A postpartum check-in offers space to reflect, process your experience, and gently transition into this new chapter.

I hold space not only for the work of birth, but for everything that comes after. The first time you step out with your baby, the “we made it” moments of the fourth trimester, the first birthday pictures, and the memories that stay with you for a lifetime.
